Calgary, 15 September 2026. Begine Fusion has opened Work Systems & AI Office Hours, a free twice-monthly working session for professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, and teams dealing with real problems across workflows, systems, data, automation, CRM, and AI.

The sessions are built around one idea: bring the problem you are actually dealing with.

That might be a workflow that keeps breaking, a CRM nobody is using properly, data spread across multiple systems, an automation that does not hold up, an AI use case you are trying to design, or a process that has become harder to manage as the organization grows.

Office Hours is where we work through the system around that problem and identify a practical next step.

Work Systems & AI Office Hours is free, runs twice a month, and is open globally. Register for the next session.

TL;DR

  • Work Systems & AI Office Hours is now open.
  • Sessions run twice a month, on the second and fourth Wednesdays.
  • The sessions are live, online, global, and free to attend.
  • Bring a real problem involving workflows, operations, systems, data, automation, CRM, or AI.
  • Technical depth is optional. A finished solution is optional.

Why we created Office Hours

A team says it has a CRM problem, so the conversation immediately becomes about CRM configuration.

A process is slow, so someone starts looking for automation.

A company wants to use AI, so the first question becomes which model or platform to buy.

The visible problem is often only one part of the system.

A CRM problem may actually be a process, ownership, or data problem.

An automation problem may start with a workflow that was never properly designed.

An AI use case may depend on information that is scattered, poorly governed, or inaccessible.

A slow process may simply have too many handoffs and no clear owner.

Begine Fusion works across these connections.

Work Systems & AI Office Hours gives people a place to bring those problems before jumping straight to another platform, implementation, or AI project.

What happens during Office Hours

Each session focuses on real work. The working method has four steps.

  1. Understand the problem

Clarify what is happening, what should be happening, and where the gap sits.

  2. Look at the system

Examine the people, processes, systems, data, handoffs, rules, and decisions surrounding the work.

  3. Identify the constraint

Find what is actually getting in the way. That may be process design, ownership, system configuration, data, automation, governance, AI readiness, or capability.

  4. Work through the next step

Leave with a practical action and a clearer view of what should happen next.

The point is to understand the work well enough to make a better decision.

What you can bring

Office Hours is intentionally broad because work systems are connected.

Work systems

CRM structure, Zoho implementations, platform decisions, system integrations, migrations, digital workflows, adoption problems, or disconnected systems.

Operations and automation

Client onboarding, approvals, internal requests, handoffs, reporting, recurring work, workflow automation, and cross-system processes.

AI systems and agents

AI workflows, internal assistants, agents, knowledge systems, human approval, governance, agent readiness, and AI security.

Data and customer systems

CRM data, knowledge systems, lead management, sales workflows, marketing operations, lifecycle automation, customer journeys, and reporting.

A clear description of what is happening is enough.

Who Office Hours is for

Work Systems & AI Office Hours is for people responsible for improving how work gets done.

That includes professionals improving their own workflows, entrepreneurs building stronger operating systems, founders dealing with growing operational complexity, managers and directors leading teams, executives making technology and AI decisions, consultants working through client problems, and nonprofit or association leaders modernizing their operations.

Bring the problem. Founders, operators, consultants, and people improving their own work sit in the same session.

Why “Work Systems”

We use Work Systems deliberately.

Software is only one part of how work happens.

A work system includes the process, the people involved, the information they need, the systems they use, the decisions they make, the automation between steps, and increasingly, the AI that participates in that work.

Improving one piece without understanding the others often creates another problem somewhere else.

That is why Office Hours looks at the full system around the work.

When one hour is not enough

Some problems can be worked through during the session.

Others reveal a larger need.

A process may require proper mapping.

Several systems may need to be connected.

The data model may need to be redesigned.

An AI use case may require governance, architecture, or implementation work before it is safe or useful.

When that happens, we will tell you.

The next step may be deeper discovery or a structured FusionMap engagement. The session is useful on its own. Continuing is optional.
